Orangeburg Housing Authority (OHA) is led by a team of seasoned professionals with expertise spanning residential and commercial construction, LEED certification, nonprofit management, farm operations, AI, cybersecurity, financial administration, legislative monitoring, social work, healthcare, and pharmaceutical research.  Their diverse expertise allows OHA to combine technical innovation with community-driven solutions, reinforcing its commitment to advancing equity, sustainability, and long-term resilience.
